Who we are

TODO(owner): the controller: the company’s registered name, address and KvK number, and privacy@waridex.com as the contact for anything in this policy.

What we collect

TODO(owner): the data Waridex holds: for dashboard users, the sign-in identifier and email address from Microsoft Entra External ID; organisation, workspace and membership details; and the mail your inboxes receive, which you control as described in the data processing agreement.

Why we process it

How long we keep it

TODO(owner): retention of account data, and of received mail according to the workspace’s plan (one, 30 or 90 days).

Who we share it with

TODO(owner): the subprocessors, with a link to the data processing agreement, and any other recipients.

Cookies and analytics

TODO(owner): state that waridex.com sets no cookies and shows no consent banner, and that its only analytics, Cloudflare Web Analytics, is cookieless and collects no personal data; and what the dashboard at app.waridex.com stores for sign-in.

Your rights

TODO(owner): access, correction, deletion, objection and portability, how to exercise them through privacy@waridex.com, and the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
