Pricing

Pay for the emails you test, not the people who test them.

Waridex is priced per workspace, never per seat or per inbox. Invite as many people to your organisation as you like, and create as many inboxes as your tests need: the plan limits only the mail a workspace receives, how long it is kept, and how many pinned patterns and authenticators it holds.

The count starts again each month on the day the workspace was created. On Free, mail beyond the month's 100 is refused until then; Team and Business keep receiving it and flag it.

  • Emails per month counts every message a workspace's inboxes receive. On Free, mail beyond the quota is refused at delivery with 452 4.2.2 Quota exceeded, and a message injected over HTTPS with 403 quota.exceeded; on Team and Business, both are still accepted.
  • Retention is how long a message is kept after it arrives. An hourly job deletes older messages, and an inbox you give an expiry is deleted with its mail when it expires.
  • Pinned patterns tell extraction exactly where the code is in a sender's messages. See extraction and pinned patterns.
  • Authenticators hold the TOTP secret of an app under test and serve its codes, so an MFA sign-in is as scriptable as an emailed code. One counts while it exists, so deleting it or letting it expire frees its place. See authenticator.
  • An organisation holds one Free workspace. Every workspace, whatever its plan, has the same API rate limits: 60 wait calls and 600 other calls per minute for each API key, an authenticator's create and code requests counting among the first. The limits are explained in tiers, quotas and retention.

Billing questions

What counts as an email?
Every message one of your inboxes accepts, whatever its size or how many codes and links it holds. Mail to an expired or unknown inbox is refused at the door and does not count.
What happens when I hit the limit?
On Free, mail beyond the month's quota is refused at delivery with 452 4.2.2 Quota exceeded, and a message injected over HTTPS with 403 quota.exceeded, until the quota resets on the workspace's billing anniversary. Team and Business keep accepting it and flag the overage.
Can I change plans mid-cycle?
Yes. A change applies at once. After a downgrade, the lower limits apply after a 7-day grace period.
How many workspaces can I have?
An organisation holds one Free workspace and as many paid workspaces as you like. Each has its own plan, quota, inboxes and API keys.
