authenticator.window_lapsed · HTTP 409

What it means

By the time the code could be served, its window no longer qualified: it had less time left than minValiditySeconds or had ended, the server's clock had moved back, or the request ran out of its time budget while it waited. Nothing was served.

What to do

Retry after the number of seconds in Retry-After; the SDKs do this for you within their timeout.
